Once the hottest craze in Asia, ' Bach Ma Earth Tiger ' is an Old World species native to Vietnam. It is medium and large, measuring between 15 and 16 centimeters, and features a wide back armor, thick khaki legs, and a tiger pattern on the abdomen.
Generally, their back armor is yellow or gold, and the pattern of the abdomen is symmetrical around a single vertical line.
The fur throughout the body adds the feeling of high-quality velvet, which makes it more prominent in luxurious colors and patterns, making it a highly valued breed.
It is known to live especially in Vietnam's Bakma National Park area.
The growth rate is moderate to slow, and to fully mature, males need at least three years and females need at least four years.
