Panama Blonde(Psalmopoeus pulcher) is a species of tree tarantula with long pinkish hair. The hair, which is particularly dense on the legs, is pink to beige and the entire body is light beige. Carapace grows very bright and shiny hair. The closer the abdomen is to the center of the body, the more beige it is, and the far side of the abdomen is often dark gray. The end of the bridge is orange or light pink, which also shows a brighter color. It is named Panama Blonde because it is found naturally in Panama.

In juvenile, only the second joint and hair of the legs are pink, and the rest of the body is black. As the hair grows closer to the adult, the whole body becomes pink. It is characterized by being smaller than what is often seen in pictures, and it is known that females are close to 15cm no matter how big they are. In the case of males, the overall size may be a little small, but the length of the legs is overwhelmingly long.

Like other Arboreal-type tarantulas, Panama Blonde also needs a long tree ornament or a large cork bark that can be climbed and lowered. These trees serve as the main routes of movement and shelter. A certain amount of soil is essential because they often make small caves under the trees and use them as shelter.

Sometimes it's called 'Blondie', but 'Blonde' is the correct notation.
